These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Chromatic Studio Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Chromatic Studio Ltd provides concept art, visual development, and related creative services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect ongoing projects.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Chromatic Studio Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All preliminary concepts, unused designs, source files, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Chromatic Studio Ltd unless explicitly transferred in the project agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, financial information, and any materials marked as confidential.
This obligation survives termination of any project agreement and remains in effect for two years following the conclusion of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromatic Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
